This gator was right next to Claire as she was teeing off......we didn't tell her until she hit the ball!
Lance and I saw a young boy accidentally catch a shrk on Juno beach....He cut the line but neat to see up close!
Well, Claire scored in the first college tourney of her career well enough to make it to the top 5 for the next tourney...this time at the PGA National Course in West Palm Beach! Brutal does not describe the course. It was long for her and of so hard....it was like wacky golf on some holes. Anyway, she struggled, but so did everyone else....she finished 2nd on her team and in the middle of the pack of all the girls.....I think there were 80 girls. She learned some hard lessons on this one, but still finished with a smile! SHe enjoyed flying with the team and the fancy hotel and restaurants! They even allotted 2 hours for beach time after the practice round!
Absolutely stunning course
She played 36 holes in 100% humidity and mid 90's heat that took10 hours.....
Her coaches usually stay out of her way, but occasionally will check up on her on a green or two!
I enjoyed all the wildlife both days....Never have I seen so many lizards..they were literally covering some of the trees!!!
There were everywhere....and oh so loud!
Claire and her last day opponents...they were all 21 or older....Claire was the baby both days!!!
