Jesse Marches Again.......

Well, Jesse and a few hundred SBA/CBHS students took the pilgrimage to DC last week for the March For Life.  This was Jesse's 2nd trip, and once again, it did not disappoint!  He thoroughly enjoyed mass in the cathedral and every event they attended!

Jesse's First Concert!!!

Well, we got our hands on some last minute JT tickets for the show last night and Jesse got to experience one of the best performers ever! Such a  great show and we just had a blast! Great first concert!

Hollingsworth Christmas

Well, we celebrated Christmas a few days after Christmas to allow both of Lance's sisters and their families to get into town...so Saturday we were all together for one day!  We had a great time with lots of food, crafts, and presents!  The kids really enjoyed seeing each other!

Well, I will apologize for Lance on the front end for the lack of Christmas Day pictures!  I was slammed getting ready for Christmas Day here, and I think I forgot to remind Lance to take a bunch of pics!  Anyway, we had a wonderful day and the kids are just growing up so fast!

Claire sang with her SFA Middle school choir yesterday at 5pm Christmas Eve Mass.  It was just so lovely! We were proud of our very quiet little Claire!

Jesse's girlfriend Emily came to Mass as well with her family....taking advantage of the beautiful altar!

This year this kids asked for their presents to be wrapped...so we did it this year and was so enjoyable!  So glad we tried something new! Jesse received a ton of clothes, tennis racquet and tennis shoes (yes Jesse somehow will be on the SBA varsity tennis team), money for college or our China trip, and a drone....he is absolutely drone obsessed!

Well, Claire's coach said she is ready for "real" clubs and so this was the big gift for Claire this year! She was fitted for these clubs by her coach and Claire is now the proud owner of a set of Prodi-G Clubs....she will have these for years and years....she was so proud to see them this morning...ready for the weather to warm up a tad so she can try them out!!!!

Birmingham Bound!

 Well, We took Jesse and his friend Zachary down to Birmingham Friday to cheer on the Tigers in the Bowl game on Saturday.  They had a blast at Top Golf and at the Pep Rally, but oh was the game a heartbreaker.....we lost at the last few seconds, but were glad we made the trip!!

Jesse's First SEC Football Game......

Well, we could not have chosen a more beautiful weekend to attend a MSU Football Game.  We joined Jesse's girlfriend Emily, and her parents, to the MSU vs Arkansas Game this past Saturday.  We made a day of it and just had a great time!  MSU won, and the kids toured all around campus and we even saw familiar faces all around!  We shall see what Jesse's college home will be, but for now this is at the top of his list!

Happy Happy Birthday Lance!!

Well, Lance had his version of a perfect birthday yesterday!!  The Tigers played a great game on a very cold day, but we then went to his favorite BarBQ place and had a wonderful meal.  We were joined by both our parents, and yummy key lime cupcakes finished the day!

We love you Lance!  Thanks for being the best father and husband anyone could ask for!

What a true blessing and honor it was for Lance and I yesterday to be the Godparents to Nola Mae at St. Francis.  It was the perfect day, and to top it off Deacon Tony, whom I went to high school with, baptized the girls!!!

A Belated Happy Halloween!

Well Claire has just about outgrown Hallowee, so decided to give out the candy this year....but it rained and rained, so she gave candy to the few brave Trick-or Treaters out there!  Meanwhile, Jesse hosted a Halloween Party her for his senior class friends, so they stayed inside and had a blast!
