We got to see Jesse!

Well, Lance and I and Uncle Tommy took a day trip to spend it with Jesse and to see a MSU football game yesterday!  It was scorching hot, but we had a blast...even though the Bulldogs lost!  

Of course after the game Jesse had to take us on a tour of his favorite places around campus...and to the library we went.  They have this whole entire area that is dedicating to creating......they have 3d printers, heat presses, Holo lenses and the list goes on and on....even sewing machines and fabric! Jesse made Lance and Tommy do the Holo lens and they were blown away!

Proud of our Claire!

 Claire played in an 18 hole tourney yesterday against the best in the city and came in 4th!  We are so proud of her! it was hot and humid and she was so great!  Go Claire Go! She posted an 89 on 18 holes....so we are proud of that!

Wrapping it up on 18.....she was asleep within minutes in the car..... go Claire go!

Proud of Claire's 29 on the Windyke Par 3 today as SFA played Sacred Heart!  She led her team to a big victory and was the low medalist for the entire match...it's all starting to click!  Go little bit go!

Claire played in a twosome today with her new friend Tripp....He was a great sport!

The very hot and tired team afterwards.....103 today.....

Go SFA Girls' Golf Go!

Golf continues today but just for the girls on the team.  These girls beat out all but one of the private schools girls' teams today.  Way to play Claire and team!

Boy Band Fun....and more golf!!!

 Claire's SFA golf Team had their first match of the year today against OLPH and lost, but Claire had the 2nd best score overall....and played against the boys! 

 Claire had a US Kids Tournament at Galloway on Sunday and tied for 3rd....playing the amazing golfers in this tourney!  Go little bit go!

 Well....I felt like I was 20 again last night as my friend Julie Kate and I went to see the Backstreet Boys!  We had a blast and it was full at the Forum....and being on 4th row didn't hurt things!  We danced and sang and just had a blast!

And August Rolls On....

 It was a difficult week getting adjusted to Jesse being gone, but we made it.  Meanwhile, he is sending us pics and calling us as often as he can with his schedule!  Claire in the middle of a team SFA golf practice when a rainbow decided to make it's appearance!

Last Thursday we had a Holy Day, so we went to mass with our friends the Websters, and had a wonderful Panchos lunch....The bib Wilson fashioned just tripped me out !

Well...we left a big chunk of our hearts in Starkville last night....our Jesse is at Mississippi State University and ready to spread his wings....can't wait to see what this one has in store for him.....it was a long, long day...but we all survived....things are going to be so quiet around here....

Claire's LAST first day at SFA! 8th grade here she comes!!!

Well, our little bit is in 8th grade and we just know it will be the best year so far for her....she has a big week....starting 8th grade, golf, and moving her big brother to college Sunday!!!

Despite the blowup hole on 4, Claire is improving her game.  She was proud of her 44 at Quail!  Go little bit go!! If she ever gets distance on her drives, she will be a machine!!!
