Claire gets some swag from Lydia Ko!

Well, after the Zoom call with Lydia last week, Claire was amazed to get this package in the mail yesterday! We were all overwhelmed with the generosity that Lydia Ko showed to Claire.  The shoes both have messages on them, as well as the boc.  Claire said she will NEVER wear these shoes!  They will go on display in my room!

First place at Champions Run in Murfreesboro, TN!

 We traveled to Claire's tourney today to play against the good Nashville girls, and she battled it out to win 1st!We snuck in a visit to our family in Murfreesboro, and had a blast! So proud of her amazing effort and crazy awesome chip shots!  Go Claire go!

First at Fox Meadows.....

Well, our little bit is on quite the roll.  Played 18 on a really hot, hot, and humid day today for a stellar 79!!  She had 13 in her group and she placed 1st!

Well, claire managed a 2ns place finish with an 85 after 18 holes on a 100 degree day....Timber Truss was in great shape and Claire played her heart out!  Go Claire go!

US Kids Season comes to a close....2nd overall!!

Claire battled it out today with Lance as her caddy, and posted an 81 for 2nd overall.  She also captured 2nd in Memphis for the season!  So proud....she's mighty as they come!  Go Claire go!

There She Goes Again!

Claire played 18 in the Sneds Event at Orgill Golf Course today and posted an 81.  She placed 1st and was all smiles and we beat the rain by minutes!  Proud of her amazing work ethic!  Go Claire!

Claire shot an 80 at Quail Ridge for a 1st place win in the 12-18 year old division today!  So proud of her crazy work ethic lately! Go Claire Go!

Congrats to this little bit for pulling out a 1st place finish at Timber Truss today in the US Kids Tournament!  So proud of your "drive" Claire!!

Gretchen has a birthday....and we are NOT on the beach this time!

Well, for the first time in years, we are not on vacation or about to go on vacation on my Birthday!  Due to Covid, we had to cancel our yearly vacay, but are hoping for something towards the end of summer....but the family still made it special for me...I love you family!  Thanks for making me feel special on #47!

Ties for 1st!

Well, our little bit tied for 1st today....with an 18 year old at the very difficult Stonebridge GC!  Finally, all the grandparents were able to come out and watch her shine.  She was still mad she didn't all out win, but she's so getting there!

Claire worked hard through the heat and shot in the low 80's for 18 holes yesterday!  She had a blast and we are so proud of her work ethic here lately.  Go Claire Go!!!

Claire's time at SFA comes to a close...Happy Graduation Claire!!!

Well, our little one finished her 9th year at SFA and had a lovely Covid Graduation today.  She was so happy to see all her friends and just reunite after 3 months!  These kids are all so amazing, and can't wait to see what the future holds for them....watch out SBA here comes another Hollingsworth!

We took the kids to Ruths' Chris to celebrate Claire's Graduation and Confirmation, Jesse, Claire, and Gretchen's Birthdays, and our 24th Wedding Anniversary!  And Claire loves her new necklaces....

Claire Gets Confirmed!

Well, tonight we actually left our home and went into a church, for the first time since March....and what a wonderful occasion it was....our Claire was Confirmed tonight!!! Jesse was her sponsor, and we couldn't be prouder...of course everything was different, but we will never forget this day!  We all wore masks, the bishop did not do the confirming this year.  Each parish had their pastor give the sacrament this year.  No photos were to be taken in the church, but I will post when they become available...we are proud of Claire and hopefully will continue her amazing journey with Christ throughout her adulthood.  We love you Claire!!!
